• ניהול תוכניות בהן יש חוזה/הזמנת לקוח להספקת מוצרים המיוצרים באופן סדרתי ו/או פיתוח מוצרים חדשים תחת חוזה/הזמנת פיתוח .
• סיוע למנהל השיווק בגיבוש הצעות המחיר טרם קבלת ההזמנה לרבות עבודה מול הלקוח ובתוך החברה לרבות בניית SOW בהזמנות פיתוחוזאת עמ”נ להבטיח עמידה בתנאים החוזיים וביעדים העסקיים של העסקה.
• אחריות על ביצוע התוכנית בזמן ובעלות הנדרשים, ריכוז פתרון בעיות, הקמת צוותים ייעודיים לטיפול, ניהול שגרות מובנות למול המו”פ והתפעול (הנדסה, ייצור, תפ”י ורכש), מעקב וניהול התוכנית.
• מעקב וקידום טיפול באירועי איכות ואחר קצב החזרת מוצרים תקולים וייזום פעילות משפרת ומתקנת
• יוזמה ביצירת הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות

The physics and Electro-Optics group at SCD looking for a Physics and Electro-Optics Student
Reporting to: Test & Characterization Development Team Leader
Role and Responsibilities
o Active support of Research and Development Activities of the different teams in Physics
o Participate to Radiometric Characterization of the Detectors at different stages of Development
o Develop and sustain Analysis and/or Simulations tools for R&D purpose (Mainly MATLAB)
o Perform Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
o Present and Communicate the work to peers and Managers on regular basis
o Supporting the different acclivities of the physics teams following needs in radiometric characterization/Measurement Setup
Job requirements
o Undergraduate or Graduate student in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, Biomedical Engineer, Material Engineering, or related field)

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
יד ימינו של ראש התכנית ושותפו בניהול כלל גורמי התכנית.
אחריות על תכנון, ביצוע ובקרה של הפרויקט, ניהול פיננסי של התכנית (בהיקף של מאות מליוני שקלים).
ניהול ובקרה על ספקים עיקריים.
ריכוז הכנת סטאטוסי הפרויקט לבקרת הנהלה ולקוח.
הגדרת תהליכים נדרשים, ביצוע פיקוח ומעקב אחר התכנית תוך הבטחת עמידה בלוחות זמנים ובמסגרת התקציב.
ביצוע תכנון אסטרטגי, ניהול סיכונים, חלוקה יעילה של משאבים.
איסוף וניתוח נתונים לצורך קבלת החלטות, וזיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור תהליכים ארגוניים.

The Physics and Electro-Optics Group is looking for a Senior Physics Engineer
Role and Responsibilities:
The lead Physicist will be part of a team dedicated to IR-detector development in the physics group. He will participate to the conception and development of detectors and accompany its development through the different stages of the projects from conception to inception at customer’s. The physicist will also support the production line and should provide insights from physics perspective to the different functions of the company during the project development: Process teams, material growth, VLSI, Electronics, Mechanics, Marketing. The physicist should will have a system view of the detector with capability to understand the underlying physics process at material level, VLSI, and system level.
The position includes important part of experimental work in laboratory environment, simulations development, data analysis and regular reports to management and project development team.
The lead physicist should demonstrate important autonomy and leadership capabilities.
Background requirements:
Phd in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, Aeronautical Engineering or related field in engineering.
Msc Candidate with relevant background, achievement and excellent record will be considered
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industry
Strong technical experience in at least two of the following fields:
Semi-conductors, Solid State Physics, Electro-Optics Devices, Lasers, Image Processing, Optics, Simulations, data analysis.
Skillset Requirements:
Proficiency in Matlab is mandatory, Python an advantage

The Physics and Electro-Optics Group at SCD is looking for a Research Physicist reporting to Director of Physics and Electro-Optics.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Research Physicist will be part of the Physics R&D Group, working with a team of scientists on a variety of projects in Infrared Detector and Laser Diode technologies. The remit will include the development of modelling, in particular, of IR detectors at pixel level with semiconductor and optical simulations. The successful candidate is also expected to provide theoretical expertise and guidance to members of the Physics R&D Group.
